It is the intent of this solicitation to present specifications that, as a whole, make for a complete installation to provide potable water for a residence. the grand total of this bid should represent all the parts, equipment and labor neede to provide a complete well system in place for a consumer basef on the requirements of the Soutn Carolina Dpartment of Health and Enviromental Control (DHEC) and the elements of the water that meet the potable standard.
