The City is requesting sealed bids from qualified contractors for this project that will consist of widening approx. 2,550 LF of Fairforest Way. Proposed improvements include widening the road to establish 2 travel lanes in each direction with a center turn lane, as well as additional enhancements to include sidewalks, street lighting, and landscaping. The project is federally funded through SCDOT and has a DBE contract goal of 15% that the contractor MUST meet.
