Design services for a new 59,933 SF Army National Guard Readiness Center (RC) of permanent construction to be built on approximately 14.25 Acres Federal land at Joint Base Charleston, designed to a minimum 50 years lifespan. This facility will house 8 full-time employees plus 232 M-Day Soldiers, and will be of permanent masonry type construction, with a sloped standing-seam metal roof, concrete floors, and energy efficient MEP equipment with emergency power generator backup.
