PROTESTS: If you are aggrieved in connection with the intended award of a contract pursuant to Section 11-35-1560 or Section 11-35-1570 , shall notify the appropriate Chief Procurement Officer in writing of its intent to protest in accordance with the South Carolina Consolidated Procurement Code. Such notification shall occur within five business says of the date of this notice of intent to award. Days are calculated as provided in Section 11-35-310(13).
