The University of South Carolina intends to sole source the purchase of three (3) years of after hours mental health crisis assessment and responses with specialty telephonic behavioral health services that provides access to crisis assessment, intervention, and stabilization but not limited to. Protocall was implemented for after hours mental health service and care, with customizations to the University of South Carolina's portal with 24/7/365 access to student data with the following customizations but not limited to: Students who call ProtoCall will receive consistent messages developed in collaboration with the University's counseling center, campus police and community resources with rapid response time and qualitiy care, ProtoCall allows the University's Counseling Center's manin phone number to be the contact number for the afterhours service, ProtoCall has designed and customized an electronic customer portal so that the University's Counseling staff can log into the server 24/7/365 to gain information about the student caller and provide follow-up care, ProtoCall has HITRUST certification,etc. Protocalls implementation and access to student data and customatizations need to remain consistent with the Universitys Student Health Services data and the police department so assessments and responses can remain consistent and compatiable with existing programs.
PROTESTS: If you are aggrieved in connection with the intended award of a contract pursuant to Section 11-35-1560 or Section 11-35-1570 , shall notify the appropriate Chief Procurement Officer in writing of its intent to protest in accordance with the South Carolina Consolidated Procurement Code. Such notification shall occur within five business says of the date of this notice of intent to award. Days are calculated as provided in Section 11-35-310(13). Both protests and notices of intent to protest must be in writing and must be received by the appropriate Chief Procurement Officer within the time provided.
