The University of South Carolina Columbia campus is soliciting proposals from interested Financial Institutions for the license of space to furnish, deliver, install and maintain a new Automatic Teller Machine (ATM) to be located at the Russell  House Student Union.  There is a secure access corridor behind the ATMs which is environmentally conditioned and that allows for service and cash reloading.  .
