Description of Project/Services:
Remove existing furniture from job site and store in owner provided location. Repair and refinish existing marble floors on all three levels of the South Carolina Statehouse. Loose marble floor tile to be readhered, cracked and/ damaged floor tile to be replaced. Remove 7'x20' concrete patch on the first floor in the Governor's office and new marble floor tile to be installed. Existing grout shall be roved from existing joints and new grout installed. Polish marble floor tile.
