It is the intention of The School District of Newberry County to establish a contract with vendor(s) for HVAC Equipment, Installation, Service, & Related Products. Awarded vendor(s) shall provide products and perform covered services under the terms of this agreement. Offerors shall provide pricing based on a discount from a manufacturer’s price list or catalog, or fixed price, or a combination of both with indefinite quantities.
