Paris Circle is located off of Blakely Road in Salters, SC. Only a portion of Paris Circle is damaged due to water settling on the road. The below specifications focus on the damaged portion.
Remove approximately 5200 sq. ft. of existing asphalt, Minor finish grade to remove low spots and add 2” of rock (if needed), Cut swell to road to get road to drain to ditch on Blakely Road (210 lf), and Pave with new hot surface C asphalt (approximately 95 tons)
