City is seeking a request for engineering services to submit a Grant to the SC Rural Infrastructure Authority (RIA) for improvements to sewer treatment plant. The successful firm would observe our plant and work with our inspectors to develop a preliminary plan to upgrade and renovate. Based on this plan they would complete the application to RIA on behalf of the City. Upon the Grant's approval, firm will complete the plans and specifications and provide construction inspection.
