Base Bid work includes repairs to the pre-engineered metal buildings 8 and 31 and removal and replacement of asphalt/fiberglass shingles and fiberglass reinforced ‘skylight’ panels (FRP) for approximately 224 squares with new systems for buildings 1, 2, 3 and 113. ALT 1 work includes thru-fastened metal roof system “R” panel roof system in lieu of asphalt fiberglass roofing in the Base Bid for buildings 1, 2, 3 and 113.
