,Clemson University intends to sole source the renewal of our agreement for an off-campus housing website with Off Campus Housing.  This purchase is to be sole sourced because the service is provided at no cost to Clemson and includes hosting, Clemson branding, and all graphics, separate sections for "roomates needed" ,Clemson messge Boards, furnishing requirements of each unit and separate ads.  Off Campus Housing also includes performs marketing and gathering information from various housing communities and charges them a subscription fee that Clemson is given a royalty of.  This website will not be within the Clemson .edu domain The total price of all service to be ordered in association with this order is $0, and generate between $7,000 - $10,000 in royalties to Clemson University.  Prior sourcing found that there was no offeror other than Off Campus Housing that can provide this service and pay Clemson royalties.

Bidder’s right to protest as listed in Section 11-35-4210 in the South Carolina Consolidated Procurement Code applies to this announcement of an emergency procurement.
