Contractors wishing to submit bids for the “Construction of the Battery Park Pedestrian Bridge”, shall submit written qualification statements as defined in this Document. Qualifications shall be submitted in a pdf format as well as in a three-ring binder with an index and tabs. The company identification shall be placed on the cover of each binder, five (5) binder copies and one (1) pdf format shall be submitted. Qualifications are to be received by Tuesday, August 25 at 10:00 A.M.
