In compliance with notice requirements in Section 11-35-1570(B) of the South Carolina Consolidated Procurement Code and in accordance with Regulation 19-445.2110, SC State Housing Finance and Development Authority (SC Housing) is announcing the award of an emergency procurement to Denise Wall, Program Analyst,  Underwriter will continue underwriting services for the agency's Mortgage Services Department until a new solicitation can be posted, evaluated and awarded.  These services are specific to the Mortgage Revenue Bond Program, Mortgage Tax Credit Program and the To Be Announced programs where a different level of review is performed.

Bidder’s right to protest as listed in Section 11-35-4210 in the South Carolina Consolidated Procurement Code applies to this announcement of an emergency procurement.
