The City of Charleston Department of Stormwater Management requests General Contractor Pre-Qualification Proposals for a Task Order Contract (TOC) to provide shotcrete lining, manhole installation, utility relocation, open trench repair, and limited (spot) trenchless, no-dig repair of the City’s historic brick arches in the stormwater drainage system. The TOC is for one (1) calendar year with three one-year extensions at the option of the City.
