Description of Project/Services:
The purpose of this project is to rehabilitate twelve (12) Pickens County roads by one of two methods. Eight (8) roads will be patched and resurfaced with 2" HMA Surface Course Type B. Four (4) roads will be reconstructed with a new road section consisting of 8" Cement Modified Recycled Base (CMRB) Course, 2.5" HMA Binder Course Type B, and 2" HMA Surface Course Type B. Guardrail improvements will also be made in select areas.
