The Town of Pendleton is soliciting Qualifications from residential contractors to develop and construct improvements on Town-owned parcels located near Calhoun Boulevard, hereinafter referred to as Village Hills. The goal of the Town is to select a qualified residential contractor that can introduce a type of owner-occupied, single-family, residences. The development of the residential properties must preserve and enhance the Town’s character.
