Description of Project/Services:
Lighting upgrades to the Regional Training Institute Building 3800 (with the exception of Areas F-1, F-2 & G, which are to be included as an alternate) to include replacement of existing, outdated lighting systems with new, energy efficient LED lighting. Some fixtures will be replaced in their entirety, whereas other fixtures will be retrofitted with LED lamps and appropriate ballasts/power supplies. Work includes all materials, lifts, ladders, labor and associated electrical work.
