The purpose of this fixed price bid is to provide a source or sources for Graphic Design Service Providers for SCEL's Marketing & Product Development Dept. Qualified providers will be placed on a Qualified Provider List (QPL) from which M&PD Dept. will select service providers as needed. Being placed on the QPL does NOT guarantee any level of usage. Maximum contract period is 3 yrs. with the total combined expenditures limited to $50,000.
