Description of Project/Services:
The College of Charleston is submitting a Request for Qualifications (RFQ) from qualified firms interested in the exterior repairs and first floor renovation of the Silcox PE and Health Center. Please contact Katie West to request the RFQ documents. The Silcox Center is a 48,904 GSF four-level facility built in 1939. The renovation will correct envelope deficiencies, restroom upgrades to meet ADA compliance, improve emergency egress,and address water runoff for the entire building/site.
