It is the intent of Richland County School District One, to establish an Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (ID/IQ), multiple award contract, with qualified contractors to provide the District with various general maintenance and construction services on an as-needed basis.This ID/IQ will be awarded with an initial one-year with the option to extend the contract for four (4) additional one-year period for a total aggregate performance period of five (5) years.
