The City of West Columbia would like to install and implement an Advanced Metering Infrastructure (AMI) system. The scope will include the selection and implementation of a Fixed Based System that will work effectively with West Columbia’s personnel and existing infrastructure. The intent of this Proposal is to allow each vendor to provide West Columbia with an optimal solution for an AMI system.
