The City of Columbia is seeking bids from qualified contractors to perform an initial cleaning and then a weekly and/or bi-weekly service to include all office spaces, common areas, computer equipment, telephones, chair and everything inside the building; emergency cleaning as needed.  Cleaning services shall include, but may not be limited to fogging and wiping down frequently touched surfaces.
