The state of South Carolina Office of Economic Opportunity (OEO) is issuing a Notice of Funding Availability (NOFA) for the ESG Program, CFDA #14.231, for the program year 2021. The period of performance is July 1, 2021 through June 30, 2022. Private nonprofit entities are welcome to apply. Current and prior year subgrantees may also apply. Additional eligibility requirements can be found at the NOFA posted on OEO’s website at http://oeo.sc.gov/resources.html. Applicants must demonstrate programmatic and fiscal capacity, as well as need within the Continuum of Care region.
