The ECWSA is requesting proposals for professional engineering services to prepare a comprehensive water distribution/water treatment plant master plan. Consultants who submit proposals should be licensed as a P.E. in S.C. and be experienced in the field of water distribution and water treatment, capable of performing system condition assessment, and knowledgeable about planning for future upgrades and expansion for this type of infrastructure.
