It is the intent of the South Carolina Dept of Health & Environmental Control (DHEC) to accept Request for Grant Applications (RFGA) from organizations to become DHEC subrecipients through SubAward agreements for Ending the HIV Epidemic: A Plan for America - Ryan White HIV/AIDS Program funding. This RFGA will be awarded to no less than four (4) subrecipients.  Please use link: Ending the HIV Epidemic for application guidance regarding the Request for Grant Application No. FY2021-RFGA-HV-920. Questions will be accepted until 5PM EST, 4/23/2021.  All questions must be submitted in writing to Casondra Hamilton at hamiltc@dhec.sc.gov.  Responses will be posted by 4/28/2021 at 5PM EST. The deadline for all applications is 5/28/2021 by 2:30PM EST.
