Description of Project/Services:
Alterations to the existing HVAC system on the 5th floor of the John C. Calhoun Building to remove the existing air handlers from the attic, provide a new air handler on the 5th floor in a newly altered mechanical room, and reconnect the ductwork as well as add new VAV boxes. Work also includes, but is not limited to, demolition, paint, drywall, flooring, trim, doors, ceilings, insulation, electrical and plumbing.
