Description of Project/Services:
This project consists of providing construction support services for the District during a one-year period beginning July 1, 2021 and ending June 30, 2022. The Contract may be extended up to four additional years at the OWNER’s discretion and the CONTRACTOR’s concurrence. The OWNER may select up to two BIDDERS. The Contract is divided into two parts; 1) Sewer System Repairs and 2) Pavement Repairs, Landscape Restoration and Miscellaneous Items.
