Richland-Lexington Council on Aging (R-LCOA), managed by TN Development Corporation (TNDC), is requesting offers to remove (“tear-off”) and replace vapor barrier, shingles, damaged roof sheathing, and rake board/fascia, as required at all sixteen of the buildings. The Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, tools, equipment, and other related items required to complete the project as per the scope of work and specifications. The contract will be awarded to ONE Contractor.
