This project includes the repair and replacement of existing parking surfaces, sidewalks, and replacing the existing facility monument sign with a new lighted sign that meets guard standards. The interior upfits include reactivating a kitchen for guard use only (not for public use), reconfiguration of restrooms and selective floorplan changes. Additionally, upgrades to the plumbing, HVAC, fire indication and electrical systems will occur. Exterior finishes and soffits will be improved.
