The project is to construct a 104 bed State Veterans Nursing Home located in Horry County. Generally built following the VA's small house guidelines but modified to meet the States needs. The facility will consist of four 26 bed neighborhoods around a community center. The anticipated size of the building is around ~127,000 square feet. The Home is to be located outside the evacuation zone but to be built to shelter in place standards.
