The South Carolina Department of Administration (Admin), in accordance with South Carolina Procurement Code, Section 11-35-1560 and regulation 19-445.2105, is providing public notice of the intent to award a sole source contract to EPI-USE Labs. The total potential value the contract is $353,440.00. The estimated contract duration is 05/19/2021 to 05/18/2024.

Admin intends to procure continued ongoing standard support the Data Sync Manager, Client Sync, Object Sync, System Builder, Variance Monitor HCM, and Query Manager HCM, and add the Data Secure module to that support contract (2) provide enhanced support (e.g. scalable service calls, continual support of agency-specific major solution developments, no-charge test environments for continued development of agency-specific major solution developments); and (3) provide resources to assist in installation and upgrade of the current installed EPI-USE Labs solution to the latest supported version.  The supplier currently provides the State of South Carolina with the foundational tools, Data Sync Manager, Client Sync, Object Sync, System Builder, Variance Monitor HCM, and Query Manager HCM currently which will continue to be the State’s primary tools  over the next five to ten years used in conjunction with SAP and future versions of SAP.
