Winthrop University is seeking a contractor to cut and remove approximately 320 feet by 16 feet of large hedge row Eleagnus. Eleagnus was originally planted as a barrier between three fuel tanks and Alumni Drive, but it has now grown around piping for the tanks. Contractor will be required to work around piping, which has an asbestos wrap and it cannot be damaged.
