Description of Project/Services:
This project consists of complete renovation of Cypress Garden’s Heritage Room
which was damaged in the flood of 2015. A small portion of the interior demolition was
performed immediately after the flood. This project will consist of demolition, architectural,
mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and interior finish work. Due to grant funding, the Notice to
Proceed for this project shall be July 1, 2021.
