This project includes but is not limited to ditching work in the east cell of the Confined Disposal Facility and adjustment of outfall systems to facilitate drainage and drying of the spoil material. The project also includes the removal of trees and brush from top and inside slope of dike and grubbing stumps, as well as bush-hogging the tops of existing dikes.
