The Citadel intends to make a purchase without competition on the basis of a sole source in accordance with SC Consolidated Procurement Code (11-35-1560) from CampusESP. The College has a goal of improving parent and family engagement, with the aim of supporting student success through effective and strategic communication.  The CampusESP Parent Portal is the only commercially available parent engagement platform that provides unique features we are looking for that are focused on student success (prescriptive parent alerts), student privacy (on-line FERPA waiver process) and parent engagement (a Web experience that also produces personalized email newsletters).
