Kershaw County is seeking proposals from qualified consultants to perform a rate study for: Residential Wastewater Rates, Industrial Wastewater Rates, Industrial Wastewater Surcharges Rates, Fee for Industrial User Permits and Septage Receiving Rates. Project consist of the task necessary for the development and implementation of a Cost of Services and a wastewater rate structure for each of the wastewater streams for our 2,100 plus customers.
