Description of Project/Services:
Provide as-needed, mechanical contracting services to all SCSU owned building throughout the state of SC. Contractors submitting proposals for providing these services shall, at the time of submittal, and throughout the life of the contract, possess a valid SC General Contracting license with a Mechanical (M) classification with a minimum Group 5 dollar limit for the following sub-classifications (AC, HT) Each task order project will require labor, material, and performance bonds.
