Description of Project/Services:
The proposed project is located along a 1350+ linear foot channel along Eternity Lane in the St. Helena region of Beaufort County. This project involves the clearing of trees to restore intended water flow in an existing drainage ditch. The debris and trees in the ditch currently are restricting the flow to the outfall and causing water ponding for an unnecessary and unacceptable amount of time.
