Description:
The City of West Columbia will select a General Contractor to provide comprehensive pre-construction and construction services in connection with the design and construction of an expansion and renovation of City Hall. The expansion space will consist of about 3,500 square feet on two floors of the Administration wing of the building and about 4,300 square feet on two floors of the Public Safety wing. Existing space of approximately 2,800 square feet will also be renovated.
