Description of Project/Services:
Remove two existing furnances and two 4 ton evaporator coils in the ceiling and remove two 4 ton AC condensera located outside. Replace with two 95% + efficient gas furnances, 80k-100k BTU each which require a flue change. Replace two 4-ton AC Condensers. Install necessary ductwork to fir new equipment to existing ducwork. Install two programmable Thermostats. Add disconnects on all equipment. Charge lines in the wall have been checked and are ok.
