RICHLAND COUNTY, is soliciting sealed bids through Richland PDT, the Program Manager, from licensed contractors, for the Resurfacing Project P as a part of the Richland County Sales Tax Transportation Improvement Program. The work under this Contract will consist of: Concrete Pavement Patching, Cleaning and Resealing of joints in Concrete Pavement, and Routing, Cleaning and Sealing of Random Cracks Pavements of approximately 3.01 miles of roadway located within Richland County.
