The project consists of removal of existing wood decking from 8th Avenue North to just beyond Plyler Park and replacing with 4x6x16 HDPE "wood plastic" decking. Existing recessed light fixtures at the flagpoles are to be removed and replaced with new LED fixtures. Additional supports to the existing structure will be on an "as needed" basis.
