Description of Project/Services:
Remove and dispose of old shingles, and replace with approximately 60 Squares, architectural shingle, with 30 year warranty. Color to be charcoal or similar to existing shingle. If any wood is found to be damaged upon removal of shingles, contractor will replace through a change order approved by the Town or Assistant Town Administrator. Bidder is to specify a separate cost per square foot on the bid for a change order to fix any damaged wood.
