In compliance with notice requirements in Section 11-35-1570(B) of the South Carolina Consiolidated Procurement Code, SCDSS is announcing an award of an emergency procurement temporarily to The Devereux Foundation - Viera Florida Campus to provide Level III Group Home Care Services, for a 16 year-old youth from the Midlands Region who is transitioning from psychiatric treatment to a group care placement. Due to the youth's history of significant behavior problems and related difficulty, no qualified in state provider of treatment would accept the youth for admission. The youth will be provided rehabilitation services by The Devereux Foundation - Viera Florida Campus within a Group Care III setting to achieve continued stability and to seek pemanency for the youth.

Consolidated Procurement Code applies to this announcement of an emergency procurement.
