In accordance with the Notice requirement in 11-35-1560 of the South Carolina Consolidated Procuremnt Code, SC Dept of Natural Resources is annoucing a sole source procurement to NC State University for maintenance on the Sassafras Mt Eco net weather observation tower.  The NC Climatology office instaalled the observation tower and provides long term data storage . Protests: Bidders right to protest is listed in Section 11-35-4210 in the South Carolina Consolidate Procurement Code applies to this annoucement.
