Description of Project/Services:
Interior renovations for 11,700 sf of office space. Phase one, suite 195 is 5,260 sf. Phase two, shall be priced as alternate #1 pricing for the renovation of suites 134 and 140, 6,440 sf. The work includes demo, new walls, doors, paint, ceiling tiles, MEP rework, lighting and basic infrastructure.
Prebid is on Oct. 7th, 2pm at 1 Poston Road, Charleston. We'll meet at the main entry doors for a quick overview and then a tour. This is not mandatory.
