Mill each roadway surface to 2” to include butt joints and turnouts for gutter reveal and replace with 2” compacted Hot Mix Asphalt Type C. Re-install existing pavement marking to include crosswalks, and centerline. All work and materials shall conform to the current SCDOT standard specifications for highway construction.
