R-LCOA Housing Development Corporation Inc. is accepting proposals for select tree removal and stump grinding at Ensor Forest Apartments. Offers will be received from qualified Contractors that are properly licensed under the laws of the State of South Carolina and also have a current City of Columbia business license. The Scope of Work involves the removal and disposal of 29 trees with stumps grinding which shall be accomplished by a skilled, licensed and fully insured tree surgeon.
