Design services for a new 33,523 SF SCARNG Readiness Center of permanent construction to be built on approximately 9.62 acres plus a vehicle storage area with accompanying General Purpose Bldg and Unheated Storage Bldg on 5.0 acres of State land at USC-Aiken Campus, This facility will house 5 full-time employees plus 148 M-Day Soldiers. The selected A/E will also have the option to design a Dreamport to be also located at USC-Aiken.
